Vision
The heart of Caliber is embodied in two words “Joyful Excellence.” Too many organizations focus on outcomes over character. And those that don’t, tend to diminish big goals and discipline. Caliber athletes absolutely set big goals - we have a national champion and several more aspiring! And ask any of our athletes and they will tell you they have a conviction they can perform because of their consistent, purposeful training. However they are reminded often to be thankful for bodies that can do hard things. And to be thankful for others to do hard things with -both are gifts!
